- What does Qavar Docs do?

To say it simply, Qavar Docs manages your company's documents, and then introduces powerful automation through workflows.
- Why yet another document management solution?

We listen. And what we heard was that document management solutions can seem intimidating to use. When systems are intimidating, you either won't use them, or won't like to use them. And yet other times document management solutions don't have all the things you need built into them.
So we built Qavar Docs, to serve your needs, and to help you be in a great position to help your clients. Because when you succeed, we do too.
- What kind of files or documents am I allowed to store?

You can store any file, even files that are not documents. Video, audio, images, they can all be stored.
- Do you provide scanning or digitization service?

Yes. We provide high-speed digitization of your existing paper documents, and we can directly upload your documents into your Qavar Docs account (cloud) or instance (on-premise). We provide both a one-time scanning service, as well as a recurring (e.g. monthly) scanning service.
Our scanning service can be provided off-site, and we can also provide it on-site, especially if confidentiality is a concern for you.
- How secure is Qavar Docs?

All data that is sent to and from Qavar Docs (e.g. upload, download, viewing, etc.) is fully encrypted.
To even further increase security, you may opt for our on-premise version, and guarantee that your documents never leave your office. Your documents are never uploaded to the cloud.
- What happens if I don't want to use Qavar Docs anymore?

Your documents belong to you, and you can export all of them easily at any time. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can also help you to pull out all your documents and return them to you in a portable storage medium.
- Can a single user have multiple logins or use multiple devices?

Yes. A user can login as many times as she wishes, on any number of devices.
- Is there a connection limit on users, or on the company as a whole?

There is no cap placed on the number of connections allowed. However, do note that there may be a practical limit based on the choice of hardware (for on-premise version) that you choose to run Qavar Docs on.
- Can I access old versions of my files?

Yes. Every document in Qavar Docs is fully versioned, so you can view or roll back your document to a previous version anytime.
- Are there any additional costs besides purchasing the Qavar Docs licence?

You will have to prepare the machine that runs Qavar Docs. If you choose to renew your support with us, the cost is a percentage of your licence price. However, you may continue to use Qavar Docs for as long as you wish, whether or not you renew your support plan.

- Where is your support team based?

Our support team is based in Singapore.
- Does Qavar Docs work anywhere in the world?

Yes. We have provided our solution to clients all over the world, through our cloud service. However, support for our cloud service is provided remotely.
For our on-premise offering, we are able to deploy remotely, and support can be provided remotely or on-premise. For your specific needs, we are more than happy to discuss further with us.
- Do you have free trials?

Yes. We have a 14-day trial on our cloud platform. After discussing your needs with you, we'll be more than happy to provide you with an account that you can use to access Qavar Docs online. For more information, please contact our sales team.
- Can I have fewer than 5 users on my licence?

The minimum number of users your licence supports is 5. However, you need not utilize all 5 users accounts at once.
- Do you have any discounts for non-profits or educational institutions.

Yes. Please contact our sales team for more information. We will have to verify your non-profit or educational institution status.
- Can you customize my copy of Qavar Docs?
